In December 2022, I underwent a Uterine Artery Embolization procedure, which was performed by a highly skilled and compassionate Doctor…the one and only Dr. Mikhail Higgins. His kindness, thoroughness, and understanding of my long-standing struggle with Fibroids made me feel truly cared for throughout the process. The fact that the procedure could be done locally added to the convenience and comfort of the experience. He was accessible and answered all my questions. The process leading up to the procedure was thorough, ensuring that I felt informed and prepared every step of the way. My incision was so small that I can no longer see it!

Since the procedure, I have noticed wonderful improvements in my health and well-being. My periods have become more manageable, and I no longer experience the intense cramping that once plagued me. Additionally, I have seen a noticeable reduction in my stomach size, losing 2 inches around my waist.
